Hi, I have emailed you but wanted to reply here in case you didn't see it, We're sorry to hear that you havent received your order, your order was despatched the day after placing the order, it's now three days later and within expected delivery times for Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery that was selected at checkout.

The tracking shows that the item is at your local delivery office awaiting delivery, I would hope that it will be wth you very soon, unfortunately Royal Mail is currently battling delays due to adverse weather across the country, deliveries are likely to take a couple of days longer than usual, we will keep an eye on your tracking details today and tomorrow, we are very happy to send a replacement if your order has been lost or becomes excessively delayed.

Update 10-01-25 It appears that your order was delivered today, we apologise that it has taken a little longer than expected to get to you.
